This Company was established in 1985. Its predecessor was Ouhai Leyi Precision Casting Valve Company and was renamed as Wenzhou Wanlong Valve Casting Co., Ltd. in April 2001. At present, the Company adopts advanced silica solution precision investment mold casting process and composite precision casting process and specializes in manufacturing globe valve, gate valve, stop valve, check valve, diaphragm valve, butterfly valve, bump, pipe fitting, train accessories, marine parts, hardware and mechanical parts and other precision castings and machining parts and components, the main materials of which are CF8, CF3, CF8M, CF3M, WCB, LCB, LCC, C4, CG8M, CN7M alloy steels and alloy steels of other models. The Company produces over 1,000 tons of all kinds of stainless steel castings, carbon steel and other alloy steel each year and sells them to both domestic and foreign markets.
Through twenty years of struggle and fully implementing the model of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, the Company has formed its own product features and implemented the management mode of modern enterprises.
The Company has passed the certification based on ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System of LRQA and passed PED97/23/EC materials certification in December 2008..
The Company, located at Yongxing Industrial Zone, Longwan District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, is 10 km away from Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou-Fenshuiguan Super Highway, 3 km away from Wenzhou Airport and 8 km away from Marine Terminal. It really has a superior transportation condition. Now, it has 150 employees and very perfect investment mold casting and manufacturing equipments and advanced large-scale arc-spark direct reading spectrometer inspection equipments, which make the Company be capable of meeting the customers¡¯ all-directional requirements of different grades of product quality and physical and chemical properties.
